I do think you are right. We need to learn to think for ourselves, and have curiosity and rationality. Also true, bad people can be right, and good people can be wrong. (not that I'm calling anyone bad/good in regards to the subject given). Yet, this requires a more objective view, and we do tend to be subjective in our daily lives.
